Services Offered in Denver
Professional Development Therapy
You’re driven, capable, and committed to meaningful work, yet success doesn’t always translate into fulfillment. If overthinking, perfectionism, or burnout are getting in the way, Dylan helps high-achieving clients step back, understand what’s really driving the stress, and build a professional life that feels sustainable. Dylan Mackie-Hernandez is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Professional Development Therapy, offering sessions in Denver and virtually throughout Colorado.
Anxiety Therapy
Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts at 2am, a tight chest before a conversation that doesn’t warrant it, or a constant sense that something is about to go wrong, even when life is objectively going well. At Connecting Paths, we help you understand your anxiety rather than just fight it, using CBT, EFT, ACT and mindfulness-based approaches to build a different relationship with uncertainty. Dylan and Jenn are both Licensed Professional Counselors who specialize in Anxiety Therapy, offering sessions in Denver and virtually.
Relationship Therapy for Individuals
Relationship therapy isn’t only for couples. If you keep repeating the same patterns, struggle to communicate what you need, or feel disconnected even when things look fine on the outside, individual therapy can help you understand those patterns and build more secure, fulfilling relationships. Jenn Reynolds and Dylan Mackie-Hernandez are Licensed Professional Counselors specializing in Relationship Therapy for Individuals, with sessions available in Lakewood and virtually throughout Colorado.
Couples therapy
Some Couples come to therapy in crisis. Others come because they want to build something even stronger, with better communication and deeper intimacy in a partnership that keeps evolving as life changes. Wherever you’re starting from, couples therapy offers a space to invest in your relationship intentionally, together. Jenn is trained in the Gottman Method, a research-based approach that helps couples strengthen their friendship, deepen connection and build skills. Jenn offers couples sessions in Denver, Lakewood, and virtually.
Sex Therapy
Sexuality and intimacy are deeply connected to how we feel about ourselves and our relationships. Sex therapy offers a supportive, nonjudgemental space to talk through what’s difficult to navigate elsewhere, including mismatched desire, sexual anxiety or shame, painful sex, disconnection or betrayal, or questions about your relationship structure. Jenn is a Certified Sex Therapist Candidate specializing in this work, offering sessions in Denver, Lakewood and virtually.
